Keyboard and TrackPoint with Press-to-Select
The spill-proof key- board with Web-centric keys have the familiar layout of a ThinkPad with function keys that allow quick access to system functions. Use the TrackPoint with Press-to-Select to select objects by pressing the TrackPoint cap.
PCMCIA
The Type III slot can accommodate two Type I or two Type II, or one Type III PC card. Both 16-bit and 32-bit cards are supported.

AC Adapter
This ac-to-dc converter supplies the necessary power to the computer. The ac adapter also charges the battery pack when it is installed in the computer.
Li-Ion Battery Pack
A 6 Cell Li-Ion Battery Pack is shipped with the ThinkPad A30. The battery pack is an internal power source to the computer when the ac adapters not available.
